Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

• Account information: Name, email address, selected plan tier
• Installer profiles: Location, skills, bank details (BSB and account number for payment)
• Usage data: Agent activity, system metrics, API usage (stored locally on your own system)
• Payment data: Processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers

2. How We Use It

• To provide and improve the Command Centre service
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To match customers with installers by location
• To send product updates and support communications
• To track affiliate referrals and commission payments

3. Data Storage

Command Centre runs on your own hardware. Your agent data, logs, and system state stay on your machine. We do not have access to your local system data unless you explicitly share it via the tunnel feature.

Account and reservation data is stored on our servers (Render) and locally on our systems.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

• Stripe: For payment processing
• Cloudflare: For tunnel and CDN services

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting hello@secondmindlabs.com. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Security

We use HTTPS encryption, API key authentication, and access controls. Sensitive endpoints are blocked from public access. Bank details are stored securely and only used for installer payments.

7. Cookies

We use minimal cookies for session management and local storage for admin authentication. No third-party tracking cookies.
